Achievement Introduction

In an increasingly volatile and complex environment, enterprises generally lack internal routines and processes conducive to strategic change. The emergence of dynamic capabilities enables firms to purposefully create, extend, and modify existing resources, continuously recombine resources, alter existing knowledge structures, and ultimately achieve sustained competitive advantage. To a certain extent, dynamic capabilities refer to a firm’s ability to integrate and reconfigure resources, with organizational learning and knowledge management as its core, and the goal of effectively addressing a turbulent, complex environment.
