BNUBS Successfully Hosted the Selection Contest for the 20th Young Teachers Teaching Skills Competition

On the afternoon of May 20, BNUBS held the school-level division selection contest for the 20th Young Teachers Teaching Basic Skills Competition in Conference Room 1710 of the Rear Main Building.

 

Following the official competition rules, the event consisted of three segments: lesson plan presentation, course introduction and on-site teaching demonstration. Seven participating teachers, namely Zhang Huilin, Kong Haiyang, Li Lun, Wen Qiao, Liu Xiaoyu, Xu Kaige and Wang Xue, delivered their teaching presentations in turn.

Four teachers including Jiang Jie, Li Kun, Yang Chengyu and Zhang Huili were invited as judges to score and comment on the contestants’ performances. They offered comprehensive evaluations from multiple perspectives such as teaching rhythm, teaching design, lesson plan compilation, content refinement and interactive skills. While acknowledging the contestants’ strengths, the judges also put forward practical suggestions for improvement.

 

 

 

 

The Young Teachers Teaching Basic Skills Competition serves as an important platform to carry forward the spirit of educators and build a high-caliber teaching team. BNUBS will continue to promote teaching excellence through competitions, encourage young teachers to grow through practice, and contribute to fostering outstanding teachers with lofty ideals, moral integrity, solid knowledge and a caring heart for the new era.
