讲座摘要：

We will review existing AI research and discuss the types of AI tools that are emerging. We will also examine academic studies on the limits of AI. The discussion will cover both the opportunities AI creates for research and the risks that come with using AI in academic work. We will then consider practical ways to address these limits, including human verification and feedback, careful prompt design and combining AI output with domain knowledge and evidence.

嘉宾介绍

曹顺，美国马里兰大学史密斯商学院会计系终身副教授，主要研究领域为公司信息披露的决策有用性、信息数据结构分析（非结构化大数据）、深层神经网络和人工智能以及区块链。已有研究成果发表在会计财务顶级期刊如Journal of Financial Economics、Journal of Accounting Research、The Accounting Review、Contemporary Accounting Reseah和IEEE Computer等。其多项研究成果在斯坦福大学、康奈尔大学纽约大学、弗吉尼亚大学、明尼苏达大学和宾夕法尼亚州立大学等研究型大学进行展示，也受邀参与世界知名企业的研讨，如State Street Boston、Grant Thornton、蚂蚁金融、百度和京东等。曹教授目前是Review of Financial Studies, Management Science (Guest Associate Editor)、Contemporary Accounting Research、MIS Quarterly、Accounting、Organizations and Society等顶级期刊的审稿人。
